EMPHA respects the privacy of her online visitors. EMPHA does not collect personal data, unless these are provided on a voluntary basis. By filling out and sending a form or by sending an e-mail a visitor gives EMPHA permission to store and use his or her personal data in order to use them for requested information and services and for participation in meetings and events. Personal data provided to EMPHA while visiting the site may be collected and stored. Personal data will be processed only if such processing is compatible with the purpose of collecting personal data as set out below.

If you voluntarily provide your data in order to be kept up-to-date on certain EMPHA information and/or activities, the data you provide will be used for that purpose only.

  • to keep you abreast of information that is of interest and relevant to you and to offer our services in accordance with the aims of our association.

The personal data collected will not be sold or made available to third parties, except in special circumstances, such as where obliged by law. As an association we do not pursue commercial acts, therefore your personal data will not be used for this purpose.

EMPHA stores the personal data it processes no longer than necessary for the purpose of the data processing or required by the Public Records Act.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) EMPHA is exempted from notifying the Data Protection Authority of data stored.
